you are not running a business

Most people in online money are playing the wrong game

They think that they are running a business but they really aren’t

A business is a predictable mechanism for getting more clients and fulfilling on your promise of a product or service

Very simple

And most people can create or deliver a good product or service

But the problem they have and the reason why they aren’t running a real business

Is that they can’t get clients in a consistent and predictable way

If you making money relies on you going viral or getting a lucky streak in the algorithm

Then you are hustling my friend, you are not running a business

How do you expect to predictably scale to $50k a month for example

If you don’t even know how many views you’ll get next month?

Let me tell you

You won’t

It takes a certain number of views to make a certain amount of money, and good business owners don’t rely on luck to get there

A good business must have a predictable and calculable outcome

For example

We will spend $10k this month on ads and we will get 300,000 impressions which will give us 50 booked calls and 25 sales at $2500

It’s predictable, calculable and executable

The mistake most people make when they are running organic traffic and don’t want to spend their money on ads

Is they fall into this ‘fairy land’ or just thinking they can make some posts, hope they go viral, and pray to the skies that god will gift them money

It doesn’t work like that at all my friend

If you want to hope to make $5k a month on a lucky month then go for it

But if you want to build a real business and marketing system to support the info products you sell

You need to be able to calculate everything with systemised traffic

50 accounts posting 8 times a day in a niche where Tiktok gives minimum 800 views per video

50 × 8 × 800 = 320,000 views per day minimum

Expected CTR of 0.5% and CVR of 1%

16 sales per day at $50

Expected $800 per day profit

$24k a month profit

Yes we might have some months where its under and some months where we are over the expected value due to fluctuations in CTR and CVR which we can adjust and improve

But overall we now have a predictable business that we can grow month on month by adding more volume

That is another huge mistake people make when just posting on one account

They have no path on how to grow their business

If I asked you how you plan to 2x your business this month what would you say?

Better content?

More posting?

These things are improvements but not predictable outcomes

You can’t predict better content to give you 2x sales

You can’t predict more posting to give you 2x either since your account can fall out of the algorithm or it can fatigue

But if I doubled the number of accounts I’m running I can predict that approximately I would double my sales by way of minimum views

So the point of this email isn’t to hurt your feelings or make you feel bad

But ask yourself if you are really running a real business?

  1. Do you have way to scale by scaling traffic predictably

  2. Can you calculate and estimate expected revenue with at least some accuracy

  3. Can you automate this process so you can focus on growing the business

If you can’t answer these questions then I’m sorry to tell you my friend but you aren’t running a business

You’re just hustling in a void of delusion

It sucks to say but many people fall into this trap

My advice is don’t be one of them and the quicker you can break out of that cycle you will make a lot more money
