Most people go through their lives completely asleep

Focusing on the completely wrong tasks that just make it harder and harder for them to succeed without them even realising

Once you work out what the correct high leverage moves are in business, everything becomes very simple and easy

So that’s exactly what I’m going to show you today

So you can start doing what actually works and stop wasting your time like everyone else

There is a reason why most people who work hard still don’t succeed in business

I can tell you from experience it has nothing to do with luck

Because if you do the simple sh*t correctly you will make money. The hard part is just figuring out which simple things to focus most of your efforts on

I was speaking to a billionaire tech founder the other day

And he told me the number one reason why most tech businesses fail is because founders want their product to be perfect

They want to spend years just improving it until it’s perfect

What they don’t realise is that in business you don’t get rewarded for how good your product is, you get rewarded for how well you can market it

Because it doesn’t matter how smart you are and how good you think your product is, there is always some guy in China who can create a 100 times better software than you and has an entire team of people who don’t sleep to create it or just copy and improve your

If you are trying to compete on how good your product is, you will always lose without exception

If you look at the most successful companies in the world, their product did not start as the best

Most of the time they start very bad, but because the marketing is good they are able to get the money to invest in a good product to later become the best

Look at Amazon, they started as a crappy bookstore and pioneered internet marketing to get money from this product. They then invested that money into actually creating a good product which later become the Amazon marketplace

So when you are starting a business always focus on the marketing first and then create a product

This is more true than ever in today’s age when marketing is so easy and you can get millions of views on anything you want

Let’s say you wanted to sell a digital product, you have 2 options:

  1. You can either spend weeks or months creating the perfect digital product or ebook about your topic/niche, make it look amazing, pay $1000 to a graphic designer to perfect it. Then when you release it you make exactly $0 because there is no one to buy it from you

  2. Or you can do what I do and run hundreds of Tiktok accounts to a telegram channel or website capturing people’s email, get minimum 500,000 views per day using tiktok slideshow bots and once I have 2000 people in a discord channel ready to go I quickly make a product, release it, and 500 of them buy it for $50 making me $25,000 on launch week

Which option sounds more reasonable to you?

Even if only 100 out of the 2000 buy it, I still make $5000 on launch week and that is assuming I’m a dumb ass with terrible marking because it’s easy to sell a $50 ebook or digital product

The first option does not even make sense when you put it this way

So what am I telling you?

Stop wasting your time making products

That is low level work and it doesn’t get you paid

The person in charge of a business should always be focused on cash generating activites such as marketing and sales

Not low level stuff like creating products. Leave that to someone else, pay someone to do it, quickly put together something and improve it later

I can promise you that you will make 10 times more money doing it this way

Let me show you an example

Here is an example of a page I’ve been following for a while: https://www.tiktok.com/@joindigitaluniversity

This page just uses bots to spam slideshows every day on multiple accounts

Just on their main account they are generating over a million views a month

Right now they closed their digital product which was an ebook + upsell to a discord community, because they are hyping up a new product launch

I want you to understand the exact strategy they normally use when their product is open:

  1. They spam tiktok slideshows on over 5 accounts generating millions of views a month

  2. They send all that traffic to a discord channel or ebook product page

  3. If just 1% of the hundreds of thousands of website visits they get convert into buyers, they make 50 × 1000 = $50,000 a month minimum

  4. They send ebook buyers to a free discord channel to upsell people into a paid community

  5. The paid community is managed by a discord community manager and with 500 monthly members at $20 a month = $10,000 a month extra

All for just spamming slideshows on tiktok

This is why I tell people that they need to wake up

Stop trying to grind 1 account on tiktok and post once a day thinking you are going to beat guys like this

The simple truth is that you won’t even come close to competing with them if you cannot systemise your traffic like this

Once you do that, the product part is very easy and can all be outsourced
