If you’ve been reading my emails this week

You’ve probably realised that it doesn’t take a lot of followers to make a lot of money with info

In fact, it doesn’t take many followers at all

In reality, your brand positioning is what will make you your first $10k-$50k in info without the need for a crazy lifestyle, testimonials or any viral videos at all

What do I mean by this?

Let me show you

Look at this very simple funnel for a youtube channel at 5k subs and 600 IG followers

Making over $60k a month from his Skool community

Using the systems that I and my team use, he would likely be making much more as his funnel is very incomplete

But it just goes to show that even with very little subscribers and a terribly simple funnel, he’s able to make more than most people can make with hundreds of thousands of followers

Why is that?

Simple

He solves his audiences problems

By posting content about how to grow a faceless youtube channel

He gained an audience interested in that channel

Then he just started creating videos that solved their problems

His videos fall under a few main topics:

• Hiring editors for faceless youtube

• Using AI for scripting

• Creating viral thumbnails

• Using AI generated video footage

• How to monetise a YT channel via ad revenue

• Editing tricks

• Algorithm ranking

Basically he has taken the top 5-10 issues that faceless youtube channel owners have

And he solves it in his content for free

This positions himself very quickly as an authority because he is giving actionable advice to his target audience

• There is no need for some crazy guru lifestyle

• You don’t need to show lamborghinis

• You don’t need to become famous

• You don’t need to try your hardest to get viral videos

• You don’t need insane case studies

Simply build a community of 3000-5000 followers and solve their problems

When you do this, you will literally have people begging to pay for your product or services because you have already had a positive effect on them

It’s a win win. You help them solve their problems and in exchange you get paid for it

The reason it is so powerful is because this problem solving can be done in a one to many fashion, meaning you are targeting and solving the problems of hundreds or thousands of people a day

That being said, if you do have any of these advantages, of course they will help

If you plan to hit numbers like $500k-$1M a month then obviously you will need a lot more traffic

But to make your first $10k-$50k a month with selling info via a niche personal brand you need none of these

You just need to position yourself as a brand authority by solving your audiences biggest problems

You can do this very quickly by going to ChatGPT and simply asking it for the top 5-10 problems that your audience encounters

Then create one specific video for each problem

You can package the video in many different ways, in fact a lot of the time these guys are just posting the same 5-6 video ideas over and over again

But they just film it in a different way, have a different more clickbait title, a different hook on instagram or a new thumbnail on YT
